Giveaway

By participating in a GIVEAWAY, participants accept and agree to these General Terms and Conditions for participation in Instagram activities, referred to as "GIVEAWAY" or "GIVEAWAYs" below, and the current Rules of the relevant GIVEAWAY.

1. The Promoter.
This giveaway is organised by Good Life Factory Ltd, located at Preston Park House, South Road, Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN1 6SB ("the Promoter"). Contact details: customer.service@goodlifefactory.net

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
• The Giveaway period will be published under the Giveaway post. The Promoter has the right to change the GIVEAWAY period.
• No purchase necessary.
• Giveaway Terms and Conditions are announced and published on instagram here and on this website.
• Every participant has the obligation to read the Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway before deciding to enter the Giveaway.
• By entering the GIVEAWAY, every participant explicitly declares his/ her consent with the GIVEAWAY Terms and Conditions

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow @elements.supplements on Instagram
• Tag a friend in the comments
• Like the post

Entries that do not comply with the rules or are incomplete will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on June 12th, 2025 at 7am and closes on June 21st , 2025 at 11:59pm (UK time). Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.

5. The Prize

• The winners will receive a pack of UT Rescue – innovative time-release supplement formula for urinary tract health.
• The prize is a product of Elements brand, available for sale on lmnts.eu
• The total number of winners is 10 (ten).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.
• All courier costs associated with the delivery of the prize will be covered by the Promoter.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• 10 (ten) winners will be chosen at random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
• All winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 5[five] business days of the closing date.
• Every winner should provide the correct address and contact information to the Promoter to receive the prize.
• If any of the winners does not respond within 3[three] days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up.
• The Promoter will prepare a Protocol announcing all winners names.

7. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes in relation to this giveaway.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• You are providing your information to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

8.Liability:

• Disclaimer: The promoter may disclaim liability for certain losses or damages.
• Force majeure: The promoter may have provisions for events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters).

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final.

11. Governing Law
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
